As the year draws to an end we can look back on the last 11 months with some satisfaction and celebrate the completion of the academic calendar. It is usual to announce the school fee increase at this time and we have circulated information to this effect. I must stress that we have kept the increase below the CPIX rate.

I write this to advise you that fees for Mokopane English Combined School will increase by 4% in 2022. The increase is consistent with our strategy of maintaining the rising cost of education close to the Education Price Index (EPI}. We have again done this while continuing to invest in the quality of our educational product and our learning environment.
We believe Mokopane English Combined School continues to offer good value. This is particularly true when fees are compared against peer schools.
The school has emerged from the Covid pandemic with a positive attitude towards the academic year. The roll out of the strategic plan is on track and ongoing value-add developments are in place. The school is certainly an exciting and vibrant place of teaching and learning with a bright and optimistic future.
The monthly school fee structure for 2022 is as follows:

Grade R R 2,378.00
Grade 1-3 R 2,866.00
Grade 4-7 R 3,238.00
Grade 8-9 R 3,694.00
Grade 10-12 R 4,330.00
Please make arrangements for adjustment to your existing stop order before the start of the first Term in
2022. We continue to value your support and cooperation in maintaining the financial sustainability of the school.
