Strategic plan 2021/2022
At the start of the term we met as the academic staff to review our strategic direction. The workshop was held with a purpose to create a vision and mission for a post COVID landscape. It was a valued exercise where staff were able to contribute and thus buy into the role and the purpose of the school and a post COVID rebuild process.
We were able to craft a vision statement, a mission and articulate clear values that we as a staff will standby. We identified 10 critical success factors that are the essential for our foundation to move forward with a SWOT analysis and subsequent strategic objectives strategies and action plans for these will be crafted during the course of term 4 and be in place for the start of the 2022 calendar.
